The candidate should have a minimum bachelor’s degree in CSE/Information Security/Information Technology/Computer Engineering or Computer Science /EEE/ETE having no 3rd division/class in any examination. Masters in relevant field will be preferred.
Minimum 02(two) years of information security or Security compliance experience is required for the position of First Executive Officer/ Executive Officer.
08(Eight) years’ experience on IT sector and among them minimum 05 (Five) years focused on information security or Security Compliance is required for Senior Executive Officer/Principal Officer.
Strong Understanding of cyber security principals, technologies & best practices.
Good Understanding on IT standards and frameworks e.g., ISMS, PCI DSS, NIST, OWASP, Bangladesh Bank ICT security policy etc., is required.
Certified in at least one of the following will be preferred: ISO-LA, CEH, CHFI, LPT, CySA+ etc.
Certificate at least one of the following will be preferred: CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP etc.
Hands on experience on VA & PT, SIEM, DLP, EDR, PAM etc.
Understanding on SOC Processes, Monitoring, Incident handling & willingness to work as part of 24/7 on Security Operation Team.
Basic knowledge in Programming, Networking and Systems Administration (Windows/Linux/Unix) is required.
