Job Description

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor/Honors, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent.
  • B.Sc. Textile Engineer will get preference.
Experience
  • 8 to 10 years
Additional Requirements
  • Age 30 to 40 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Circular Knitting
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Must have excellent computer operating skill, particularly in MS Word, Excel and power point.
  • Well behaved and convincing.

Responsibilities & Context

Workplace: Work at Factory

Responsibilities & Context:

  • Manage knitting sample development, ensuring alignment with design specifications.
  • Plan and monitor production schedules to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Root cause analysis for failure (production, hit rate%, Quality & NPT) in knitting.
  • Oversee machine settings, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor production related errors like design changing duration, wrong yarn receiving, unplanned program change, yarn delivery delay, barcode pending etc.
  • Train and supervise the knitting team, maintaining high productivity.
  • Conduct quality checks on samples and finished goods to meet client expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
