• Comprehensive knowledge of Meta Ads, encompassing campaign creation, targeting, and optimization.
• Strong analytical abilities, with expertise in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing concepts and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and other relevant digital marketing tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Executive with specialized expertise in Meta Ads and Google Analytics. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through strategic digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meta Ads Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram to achieve brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion objectives.
• Google Analytics Expertise: Monitor, analyze, and interpret data from Google Analytics to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
• Content Strategy & Development: Collaborate with the leadership team to strategize, create, and manage content across digital media channels, ensuring alignment with Inspira’s brand image and marketing objectives.
• Performance Reporting: Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, using both Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics to provide comprehensive insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Budget Allocation: Effectively manage and allocate budgets across Meta Ads campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and efficient use of resources.
• Digital Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of the latest trends in digital marketing, particularly in Meta Ads and Google Analytics, to ensure Inspira remains competitive in the market.
• Cross-Channel Coordination: Work in close coordination with the broader marketing team to maintain consistent messaging and brand representation across all digital channels.
• Community Engagement: Actively engage with the online community, responding to comments, inquiries, and feedback to strengthen relationships and enhance brand loyalty.
• SEO and SEM: Deep understanding of SEO/SEM strategies and best practices. Knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
• Creative Skills: Ability to create compelling and engaging content. Understanding of graphic design principles (knowledge of tools like Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
