This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and strengthening Air India’s presence in Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Air India’s passenger in Bangladesh.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies and OTAs.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Collaborate with Air India’s regional/global teams to align sales activities with corporate objectives.
Lead a sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Monitor competitor activities and devise counter-strategies to maintain market leadership.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
Ensure compliance with Air India’s brand guidelines and service standards.
Organize promotional events, workshops, and campaigns to boost brand visibility.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
