Support the establishment and implementation of Operational Excellence (OPEX) practices across the plant to drive continuous improvement.
Monitor and ensure adherence to 5S methodology and conduct regular audits to sustain OPEX activities.
Conduct Control Plan audits and perform regular GEMBA walks to identify and resolve operational inefficiencies.
Assist in performing time studies on all functional machines to optimize workflow and productivity.
Contribute to the development and setting of Standard Minute Values (SMV) for various processes and operations.
Analyze manpower and machine efficiency and utilization to identify areas for improvement.
Assist in daily work-in-progress (WIP) analysis and compare actual performance against planned efficiency targets.
Support new product development initiatives by contributing to strategic planning and driving effective execution at the operational level.
