Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues
Install and support operating systems, applications and IT equipment
Configure network devices (routers, switches, IP phones, access points)
Maintain LAN, WAN, VPN and print/email services
Manage CCTV system and ensure optimal performance
Keep accurate records of IT assets and configurations
Work collaboratively across departments to meet IT needs
