Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor/Honors

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (technical background in RMG preferred).

Experience
  • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Garments, Textile
Additional Requirements
  • Age 30 to 40 years
  • 5+ years in recruitment/talent sourcing, preferably in RMG, Knit Composite Garments, textiles.

  • Must understand garment production processes, machinery, and technical roles;

  • Strong ability to connect with workers and industry professionals;

  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills (Bangla & English preferred);

  • Willingness to visit factories and worker communities for sourcing;

  • Good understanding of HR functions and best practices;

  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word & PPT);

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills;

  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.


Responsibilities & Context

  • To design and execute effective talent sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates for various roles.

  • To proactively identify potential candidates through a variety of sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, online communities, and industry-specific platforms.

  • To manage the initial stages of the recruitment process, including resume screening, outreach, and candidate engagement.

  • To build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

  • To collaborate closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand job requirements and align sourcing efforts with business goals.

  • To conduct market research and talent mapping to identify trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor intelligence.

  • To develop and implement strategies for improving candidate experience and employer brand visibility.

  • To track and report key sourcing metrics to assess effectiveness and continuously improve strategies.

  • To manage candidate databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

  • To stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools in the talent sourcing space.

  • Conduct market intelligence to understand salary trends, competitor workforce strengths, and talent availability.
