Professional Requirements:
The candidate must have sound understanding of woven formalwear products with practical experience in managing product development, measurement follow-up, and various sample stages including fit, size set, and pre-production samples. The role requires daily communication with the production team to monitor order status, ensure timely line input, and troubleshoot any production delays. Must be able to coordinate effectively with sourcing and supply chain departments for raw material booking, lab dip/trims approvals, and delivery follow-ups. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate TNA (Time and Action) charts, order tracking sheets, and ERP entries to ensure smooth workflow and on-time shipment. The candidate should assist in preparing POS, BOMs, and other production files while working closely with the commercial and QA teams to meet buyer requirements and compliance standards. Strong communication skills-both verbal and written in English are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, email communication, and working knowledge of ERP systems. The candidate should be comfortable working as part of a large team, be detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in identifying risks or delays in the order process.
