Requirements

Education
  • Master of Science (MSc) in Psychology
Experience
  • 5 to 7 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Manufacturing (FMCG), IT Enabled Service, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Automobile
Additional Requirements
  • Age 27 to 35 years
  • Ability to work with ethical standard

  • Case Assessment & Management skill

  • Training in the field of counselling

Responsibilities & Context

  • Counseling and personal development: working one-to-one with individuals to support them in becoming more successful and effective in delivering their organizational objectives, while also enhancing their personal well-being.

  • Career development: Providing coaching, guidance and advice to employees in order to help them plan and manage their careers.

  • Training/ workshop on psychological issues: Designing, developing and delivering training on psychological issues to develop capacity of the employees.

  • Employee relations and motivation: Mediating in situations where there is interpersonal conflict between employees/ management or an employment dispute.

  • Personnel selection and assessment: Assisting to Develop, implement or evaluate employee selection procedures, including psychometric tests, assessment center exercises and structured interviews.

  • Organizational development and change: Assisting to designing, developing and implementing change management initiatives aimed at helping employees to cope successfully with changes taking place in their workplace, such as restructuring, down-sizing or new business processes.

  • Design of work environments: Reviewing the design of a workplace by assessing the suitability of elements such as lighting, noise levels and furniture, and providing recommendations for changes/improvements.

  • Tools Development: Developing talent management tools, processes and systems so that organizations can identify and develop their high-potential employees.
