Supervise and guide assembly line operators to achieve the daily production target as per the production plan.
Train and monitor operators to ensure the production of defect-free, high-quality motorcycles.
Ensure adherence to process parameters to maintain consistency and process reliability in the assembly line.
Oversee and monitor productivity, ensuring a smooth workflow throughout the assembly section.
Check and maintain daily torque calibration records at designated workstations.
Ensure safety protocols are followed for both personnel and machinery in the assembly area.
Implement and maintain “5S” practices across the assembly floor.
Monitor and maintain records of consumable usage, and manage stock levels of tools, accessories, and consumable items.
