Excellent communication skills in both English & Bangla.
Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Comfortable using Zoom and other virtual meeting platforms alongside google calendar for scheduling meetings.
Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings for the CEO, including preparing agendas, materials, and accurate meeting minutes.
Facilitate communication between the CEO and departments, ensuring smooth information flow.
Follow-up key decisions and action items from meetings held across departments keeping the CEO updated on progress and aligned with outcomes.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and database relevant to CEO’s initiatives.
Support in preparing reports, presentations, and briefing materials for strategic meetings.
Assist with administrative and operational tasks to run the operation smoothly.
Conduct research and provide insights on business topics as directed by the CEO.
Perform any other tasks assigned to support the CEO’s office.
