Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any other relevant field from a reputed university.
Experience
  • 1 to 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies
Additional Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in both English & Bangla.

  • Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Comfortable using Zoom and other virtual meeting platforms alongside google calendar for scheduling meetings.


Responsibilities & Context

  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings for the CEO, including preparing agendas, materials, and accurate meeting minutes.

  • Facilitate communication between the CEO and departments, ensuring smooth information flow.

  • Follow-up key decisions and action items from meetings held across departments keeping the CEO updated on progress and aligned with outcomes.

  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and database relevant to CEO’s initiatives.

  • Support in preparing reports, presentations, and briefing materials for strategic meetings.

  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks to run the operation smoothly.

  • Conduct research and provide insights on business topics as directed by the CEO.

  • Perform any other tasks assigned to support the CEO’s office.
