PGD in HRM and short course related to HR will be added advantage.
Must be computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel, Internet Explorer, E-mail).
Must have good command verbal & written communication skill in both English & Bengali.
Must Have good knowledge in Labour Law-2006 and social compliance.
Having sound knowledge regarding garments factory administration.
The incumbent will support and implement HR initiatives, policies and practices aligned with business objectives. He/she will act as a key liaison between HR and internal support functions to ensure seamless execution of HR, Admin & Compliance process. Some key responsibilities are listed below:
Manage end to end HR processes including on-boarding, off-boarding, employee records and HRIS data management.
Ensure timely execution of HR transactions such as transfers, confirmations, exits etc.
Handle employee queries and grievances related to HR, Admin & Compliance processes and policies.
Support employee engagement initiatives.
Promote a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
Attendance & leave management.
Provide HR & Administration support during appraisal & increment process.
