Requirements

Education
  • Tertiary Degree in Textiles, or relevant discipline.

Experience
  • At least 10 years
Additional Requirements
  • 10 years of relevant working experience is essential.

  • Large or multinational organization experience.

  • Fabric knowledge, technical knowledge (finishing, cutting, printing, embroidery)

  • Knowledge of the sewing process.

  • Quality Management.

  • Reporting skill, computer skill.

  • Must be fluent in English (Reading, writing, and speaking).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieves quality assurance operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, and finishing quality identifying and resolving problems.

  • Meets quality assurance financial objectives by estimating requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; and initiating corrective actions.

  • Control and ensure the quality of finishing and packing as per customers’ preconditions.

  • Identify quality issues and analyze complex problems; recommend and implement preventive and/or corrective actions.

  • Monitor and support the quality issues and communicate with the audit and pre-inspection team.

  • Control, execute, and ensure the projected budget as per the company plan.

  • Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives for the finished product.

  • Check daily reports, analyze, and give feedback for corrective and productive action.

  • Maintain effective communications with members of the buying, merchandising, production, planning, CAD, Logistics, and other departments.

  • Evaluate staff performance, disciplinary matters, training needs, and career development.

  • Ensures that safety, quality and maintain compliance issues are taken as part of the job.

  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior.
