Inspect fabric received from the store for defects and ensure proper relaxation before cutting.
Verify marker efficiency and fabric utilization to minimize wastage.
Monitor cutting quality parameters, including accuracy, sharp edges, and notches.
Ensure 100% defect-free cut panel supply to sewing.
Sewing Section:
Conduct in-line inspections to identify defects early and reduce rework.
Ensure machine settings (tension, presser foot pressure, stitch density) are appropriate for fabric types.
Work with operators to improve workmanship and prevent recurring defects.
Monitor the first output of each style for quality approval before bulk production.
Finishing Section:
Ensure proper trimming, thread cutting, and final garment presentation.
Conduct quality inspections to ensure defect-free garments before packing.
Verify measurements and finishing as per buyer requirements.
Packing Section:
Conduct random quality checks before packing to ensure no defects are passed.
Verify packaging materials and methods comply with customer specifications.
Ensure correct labeling, barcoding, and carton marking before dispatch.
General Responsibilities:
Follow buyer requirements, SOPs, and quality control standards at each stage.
Work closely with production and quality teams to resolve quality issues.
Maintain records of defects, inspections, and corrective actions taken.
Provide feedback to operators and supervisors for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with QMS, 6S, and company policies.
