Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience
  • 8 to 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies
Additional Requirements
  • Age 32 to 40 years

Candidates who have product knowledge of water pumps and weight scales will be preferred.


Responsibilities & Context

  • Product Development Support: Assisting product managers and development teams throughout the product lifecycle, from initial concept to launch.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Communicating with various teams such as marketing, design, engineering, and sales to ensure alignment and smooth execution of product plans.

  • Project Management: Coordinating schedules, timelines, and resources to ensure timely delivery of the product.

  • They might use project management tools to track progress and communicate any delays or issues.

  • Market Research: Conducting research to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and market trends.

  • This helps inform product decisions and improvements.

  • Product Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of product specifications, features, and updates.

  • They may assist in writing user guides, FAQs, or training materials.

  • Quality Assurance: Assisting with testing products, ensuring they meet the required standards and are free of bugs before launch.

  • Launch Coordination: Helping plan and execute product launches, which includes coordinating with marketing teams for promotional activities and ensuring smooth rollouts.

  • Customer Feedback: Collecting and analyzing feedback from users or customers to help refine the product and address any pain points.

  • Tracking and Reporting: Monitoring product performance post-launch, tracking key metrics, and reporting to management on product success and any necessary adjustments.

  • Problem Solving: Addressing and resolving any issues that arise during the product lifecycle, whether they are related to development, customer concerns, or operational challenges.
