To be custodian of RM / PM and FG stocks available in the plant.
Ensure correct receiving of all RM/PM from suppliers/vendors.
Ensure material supply to production as per FIFO and FEFO.
Ensure FG receiving from production floor.
Arrange proper space utilization / stacking of all finished goods in the respective warehouse.
Inform depot in charge about any discrepancy or product damage found after unloading and record it on invoice.
Monitor whether the product is being kept right place right way after unloading.
Ensure FG transfer to depots or distributor as per distribution/supply chain or business schedule.
Maintain FIFO / FEFO during delivery to depot/distributor.
Effective communication with internal and others department for smooth operation.
Communicate with distribution/ supply chain business for smooth delivery.
Inform to business and commercial availability of RM/PM/FG stock.
Identify slow moving and non-moving item and to inform business and Finance
Keep stock control system up-to-date and ensure inventory accuracy.
Reconciliation of FG received & RM/PM issue quantity reconciliation with production.
Reconcile labor contractor bill with gate pass /challan/ invoice in every month.
Prepare monthly warehouse activities report, monthly stock report, loading unloading bill report, market return report, alarming stock report and submit to respective department.
