Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, A Level in International Business, Diploma in Business Studies
Experience
  • 1 to 2 years
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
  • Age 20 to 40 years
  • Must have excellent English Communication Skills
  • Candidates have to make outbound calls to the USA/Canada.
  • Required Agent(s) will have to work NIGHT SHIFT (9:00 PM-6: 00 AM: 8 working hours and 1-hour break)
  • Project(s): For US and Canadian Sales, Marketing, and After Sales Services Skills
  • Excellent English Communication Skills Over the Phone
  • Basic Computer knowledge
  • English Medium Background will get priority
  • Must have great English Communication Skills
  • Only North American/Neutral Accents Accepted
