Job Description

Requirements

Education
  • BBA/MBA in Marketing or a related field from a recognized University.

Experience
  • 3 to 5 years
Additional Requirements
  • Must have a minimum of 1-2 year of relevant experience in selling ERP software to hospitals, schools, garments, or pharmaceutical companies.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Responsibilities & Context

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated market segment.

  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their ERP needs.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.

  • Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain client engagement and identify upselling opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the ERP implementation team to understand project requirements and objectives.

  • Assist in the configuration, customization, and testing of ERP software modules.

  • Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of ERP functionalities and best practices.

  • Document processes, procedures, and system configurations for future reference.
