BBA/MBA in Marketing or a related field from a recognized University.
Must have a minimum of 1-2 year of relevant experience in selling ERP software to hospitals, schools, garments, or pharmaceutical companies.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated market segment.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their ERP needs.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain client engagement and identify upselling opportunities.
Collaborate with the ERP implementation team to understand project requirements and objectives.
Assist in the configuration, customization, and testing of ERP software modules.
Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of ERP functionalities and best practices.
Document processes, procedures, and system configurations for future reference.
