Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with prospective customers via phone, email, chat, and social media.
Explain products and services clearly to generate interest and close sales.
Follow up with leads and maintain the CRM system with up-to-date information.
Collaborate with technical teams to prepare quotations and proposals.
Assist in digital campaigns and lead generation activities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
