Education
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience
  • At least 3 years
Additional Requirements
  • Age 25 to 40 years
  • Proven experience as a Finance and Admin Executive or in a similar role, preferably in a digital marketing or technology company

  • Strong financial analysis and reporting skills

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero), Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365, particularly Google Sheets and Excel

  • Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently with little to no supervision 

  • Be tech-savvy and have a knack for Googling for everything and anything 


Responsibilities & Context

JOB SUMMARY  

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Finance and Admin Executive to oversee our company’s financial and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office operations, maintain financial accuracy and compliance, and support HR activities. Strong leadership, multitasking abilities, and a solid grasp of financial management and HR best practices are essential for success in this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee office operations, including facilities management, procurement, and vendor relationships. 
  • Ensure smooth daily operations of the office and handle any administrative issues. 
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including contracts, licenses, and legal documents. 
  • Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management. 
  • Prepare and present financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. 
  • Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations, and manage all tax-related matters. 
  • Manage payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions. 
  • Manage the whole recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring. 
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and address issues promptly and effectively. 
  • Develop and implement performance appraisal systems. 
  • Prepare HR reports and manage HR-related documentation.
