Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance & Banking, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting

6 to 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate

Financial Management.
Banking & Fund Management.
Well acquainted with leasing companies.
Should be self-motivated, dynamic leadership, planning/budgeting competency, energetic & capable to work under pressure.
Knowledge of the following areas, preferred: International Finance Management, Lease Financing Procedures, good knowledge of Banking sector.
Must have excellent oral and written English communication skills.

Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports.
Ensure Petty cash fund management & preparation of vendors' payment advice & Cheque.
Preparation & monitoring of monthly sales report and aging analysis.
Maintaining all receipts and disbursements.
Maintaining of payroll, including payroll tax returns.
Handling external audits.
Maintaining of document & record keeping in accounting systems.
Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met following the IFRS.
Ensure the monthly and quarterly Bank Compliance activities, performed in a timely and accurate manner.
Handle Statutory and Government/Autonomous organization's inspection as and when required.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
