Experience

  • Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Summary:

We are seeking a smart, confident, and well-organized female Receptionist / Office Executive to be the face of our company and to manage the day-to-day administrative functions of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

An Office Executive is responsible for managing core administrative operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly on a daily basis. This role combines administrative, clerical, and customer service duties to support both internal teams and external visitors. While the position is open to female candidates, our emphasis is on professionalism, skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, results-oriented workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and couriers.
  • Maintain office files, documents, and records with confidentiality.
  • Schedule meetings, handle visitor appointments, and maintain meeting room availability.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, printing, and filing.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors as needed.
  • Support HR and other departments with logistics and documentation.
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and assist in procurement when required.
