Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
PGD in HRM will be an added advantage.
In-depth knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law (2006 and Amendment 2018).

In this role, you will support the HR department in executing key HR functions, focusing on recruitment, compliance, employee relations, and performance management. You will collaborate with department heads and contribute to building a strong, motivated workforce aligned with the organization’s values and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
Prepare, update, and implement HR policies, procedures, SOPs, and Quarterly Goals to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards.
