Possess professional experience in DevOps roles, specifically emphasizing on-premises solutions.
Certification in DevOps or related areas would be advantageous.
Demonstrate expertise in on-premises solutions utilizing virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V). -
Familiarity with microservices architecture and associated technologies.
Knowledge of on-premises monitoring tools.
Previous hands-on experience with on-premises solutions, such as Docker, Kubernetes, ansible, Jekins.

Major Responsibilities:

Design, build and maintain automated build/test/deployment systems.
Implement and manage Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles using tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
Manage system configurations and automate infrastructure provisioning.
Implement containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) solutions.
Collaborate with all required parties / teams to ensure smooth delivery workflows.
Set up and maintain system monitoring and logging tools.
Implement and enforce security best practices across environments.
Manage and maintain version control systems (e.g., Git).
Continuously optimize system performance and resource utilization.
Utilize collaboration and issue-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Manage release processes and ensure reliable software delivery.
Develop and maintain disaster recovery and backup strategies.
Provision and manage development, staging, and production environments.
Stay up to date with emerging DevOps tools and practices.
Respond to incidents and perform root cause analysis.
