Minimum 8-10 years of FMCG sales experience, with 3-5 years in managerial roles.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned divisions.
Responsibilities & Context
Manage and drive sales operations for 1-2 divisions, ensuring target achievement.
Lead a team of 8 Area Sales Executives (ASEs) and 150 Sales Representatives (SRs).
Develop and execute divisional sales strategies to maximize market growth.
Oversee distributor and retailer relationships, trade promotions, and market development.
Provide regular sales reports and insights to NSM.
