Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing (MBA preferred).
Experience
  • 8 to 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Group of Companies
Additional Requirements
  • Age at most 45 years
  • Minimum 8-10 years of FMCG sales experience, with 3-5 years in managerial roles.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned divisions.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Manage and drive sales operations for 1-2 divisions, ensuring target achievement.
  • Lead a team of 8 Area Sales Executives (ASEs) and 150 Sales Representatives (SRs).
  • Develop and execute divisional sales strategies to maximize market growth.
  • Oversee distributor and retailer relationships, trade promotions, and market development.
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to NSM.
