Additional Requirements
  • Age 32 to 37 years
  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in fabric dyeing quality control or management.

  • In-depth knowledge of dyeing processes (reactive, vat, disperse, etc.) and fabric types (cotton, polyester, blends, etc.).

  • Strong understanding of quality standards, shade matching, and lab-to-bulk reproducibility.

  • Excellent in quality inspection tools, analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Fabric Quality Manager for our Knit Dyeing Unit to oversee and ensure the quality of fabrics processed in our Dyeing Unit. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of fabric dyeing processes, quality standards, and defect prevention strategies. This role is critical in maintaining product quality, customer satisfaction, and compliance with industry standards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish, implement, develop and maintain the Quality Assurance procedures specific to Knit Fabric Quality Standards.

  • Monitor fabric quality at various stages of production, including greige fabric inspection, in-process dyeing, and final inspection.

  • Identify and address quality issues, including color variation, shade matching, dyeing defects, and fastness problems.

  • Liaise with production people, internal and external customers as well as the in-hose Dyeing Teams to ensure quality targets are met and non-conformities are minimized.

  • Introduce and develop internal SOP from beginning to the end process and conduct root cause analysis of fabric defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

  • Maintain accurate quality reports and documentation for internal audits and client reviews.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality certifications (e.g., ISO, OEKO-TEX, scop certifications and textiles exchanges including GOTS, OCS, RCS etc.).

  • Supervise and manage the quality control team in the dyeing unit and train the QC staffs on updated inspection techniques and quality standards.
