Responsibilities & Context

Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) in a pharmaceuticals company is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market share within a designated region. This role involves managing a team of medical representatives, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations. The RSM will develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals, while maintaining high ethical standards.

Responsibility include managing terms:

Ensure Compliance:

  • Regional sales managers ensure all locations within their region adhere to company policy, regulations and operational procedures.

Performance Managing:

  • He tracks and analyses key performances indicators (KPI) for each location, identifying areas for improvement and ensure he meet set target.

Budget Management:

  • Regional sales manager is responsible for managing budget for his region.

Problem Solving:

  • Regional sales manager address and resolve operational issues and challenges that may arise in their region.

Team leadership:

  • Regional Manager leads and motivate teams of local managers and M.P.O providing guidance support and coaching.

Recruitment and Training:

  • Regional sales manager recruitment A. F. M. and M. P. O. and arrange training and developments program of his regional team.
  • Have more details of regional sales managers’ responsibility and key areas of focus.

Operational oversites and performance management:

  • Ensuring compliances
  • Performance monitoring
  • Budget Management
  • Quality control
  • Market Analysis
