Education
  • Bachelor/Honors

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in relevant field. (BBA, BSc in IT, BCom, etc.)

Additional Requirements

Responsibilities & Context

Alam Garments is expanding, and we are looking for dynamic, dedicated, and driven individuals to join our team. We invite applications from qualified and enthusiastic candidates for the following Management Trainee positions:

Departments: Information Technology, Human Resources & Administration, Accounts, Store Management, and Floor Maintenance)

Key Responsibilities (Based on Department Assignment):

  • Support daily departmental operations and assist in achieving performance targets
  • Provide technical and user support (IT), assist with ERP and system updates
  • Coordinate recruitment, employee engagement, and office administration (HR & Admin)
  • Maintin financial & Production Records bookkeeping, and assist with reporting (Accounts)
  • Manage inventory records, stock tracking, and logistics coordination (Store)
  • Oversee Production floor cleanliness, safety compliance, and machinery maintenance (Production)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless business processes
  • Participate in on-the-job training and contribute to team initiatives
