  • Diploma in hotel management/hospitality from any reputed educational institution will get preference.

Experience

Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

Helium Restaurant is a rapidly growing chain restaurant brand. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure service excellence, and maintain standard procedures across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of all Helium outlets and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Set and maintain high standards for food quality, hygiene, service, and customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise and coordinate with outlet managers, chefs, and service teams.
  • Monitor inventory, minimize wastage, and ensure cost control.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Analyze operational data to make informed decisions and improve performance.
  • Plan and implement training and development programs for outlet teams.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints with professionalism.
  • Report to top management with regular performance updates and operational insights.
  • Play an active role in the opening of new outlets and implementing brand standards.
  • Set sales targets and create financial plans with clear budgeting.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to align Helium’s operations with international standards.
  • Help increase outlet profit by reducing unnecessary costs and improving team performance and sales.
  • Manage of cost of goods sold (COGS) & check all petty cash expenses.
  • Follow-up Daily, Weekly, Monthly Projected Sales vs. Actual Sales.
  • Ensure proper supply chain management and look after outlet security issues.
  • Regularly observe market competitors, review customer complaints, and stay updated with government rules to guide management decisions.
  • Support the recruitment of outlet staff and ensure smooth co-ordination with the HR department throughout the hiring process.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
