  • Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire production process, from initial planning to the final product delivery.   • Production Planning:Develop and implement production plans based on orders, sales forecasts, and inventory levels. Assess resource requirements, including materials, machinery, and personnel. Plan and organize production schedules effectively to ensure timely delivery.
  • Production Control:Monitor production progress and identify potential bottlenecks or delays. Take corrective actions to address issues and ensure production targets are met. Maintain and track inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking. 
  • Quality Control: Establish and enforce quality standards throughout the production process.Conduct regular quality checks to identify and address defects.Ensure that finished products meet customer specifications and standards.
  • Coordination and Communication:Collaborate with design, sales, and quality control teams to ensure smooth production flow. Communicate with suppliers to manage raw material procurement and ensure timely delivery. Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external clients.
  • Personnel Management: Oversee worker training, safety, and performance.Lead and motivate production teams to achieve targets.Address employee issues and ensure a positive work environment.
