Education
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Additional Requirements
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Positive attitude and a results-oriented mindset.


Responsibilities & Context

  • Coordinate daily sales activities to achieve assigned targets through dealer networks.

  • Attract and onboard new dealers/distributors to expand market presence.

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing dealers to ensure smooth distribution of products.

  • Regularly visit dealers to support sales growth, provide product training, and ensure proper brand representation.

  • Collect sales data from dealers and prepare regular reports for management.

  • Ensure safe and timely delivery of products to dealers and coordinate logistics as needed.

  • Provide after-sales support to dealers and their customers, ensuring prompt issue resolution.

  • Maintain an updated database of dealer contacts and activity logs.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and product launches through the dealer network.

  • Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to provide strategic insights.
