Ensure safe and timely delivery of products to dealers and coordinate logistics as needed.
Provide after-sales support to dealers and their customers, ensuring prompt issue resolution.
Maintain an updated database of dealer contacts and activity logs.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and product launches through the dealer network.
Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to provide strategic insights.
