Requirements

Education
  • Higher Secondary, Bachelor/Honors
Experience
  • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Telecommunication, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Electric Wire/Cable, Battery, Storage cell, Dry cell (Battery)
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Handle inbound customer calls and provide clear, accurate information on products and services.

  • Respond to Facebook, WhatsApp, and other digital inquiries professionally.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.

  • Assist in lead generation by identifying new opportunities and following up on inquiries.

  • Coordinate with the sales, delivery, and technical teams to ensure timely service delivery.

  • Follow up on delivery schedules and service requests to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to senior management.

  • Maintain stock and product availability reports to support sales and after-sales service.

  • Ensure all customer service interactions align with HiTHIUM’s brand values and service standards.

  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve service quality and customer experience.
