Handle inbound customer calls and provide clear, accurate information on products and services.
Respond to Facebook, WhatsApp, and other digital inquiries professionally.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
Assist in lead generation by identifying new opportunities and following up on inquiries.
Coordinate with the sales, delivery, and technical teams to ensure timely service delivery.
Follow up on delivery schedules and service requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to senior management.
Maintain stock and product availability reports to support sales and after-sales service.
Ensure all customer service interactions align with HiTHIUM’s brand values and service standards.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve service quality and customer experience.
