Education
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience
  • 2 to 6 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Garments, Group of Companies
Additional Requirements
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels.

  • Organizational skills: Managing multiple HR functions and maintaining attention to detail.

  • Good Command on MS-Office applications.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to produce HR related reports.

  • Professional language proficiency in English is essential.


Responsibilities & Context

Ventura Leatherware Mfy (BD) Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and competent individuals for the position of Officer – HR Generalist under the Human Capital Management (HCM) Department.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing and maintaining core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, and performance management.

  • Act as a point of contact for employees to address general HR queries and support positive employee experiences.

  • Participate in organizing employee engagement and recognition initiatives to foster a motivated workforce.

  • Provide support in handling employee grievances, minor misconduct cases, and disciplinary procedures in line with company policies.

  • Conduct counseling sessions for employees facing attendance, behavioral, or performance challenges to support retention and productivity.

  • Coordinate periodic awareness programs on teamwork, workplace discipline, and managing personal issues impacting work.

  • Support HR compliance efforts by maintaining accurate records and ensuring adherence to labor laws and internal policies.

  • Assist with HRIS data entry, record management, and contribute to automation of HR and ER processes.

  • Carry out additional tasks and responsibilities related to HR operations based on business demand.
