Take full ownership of G.O International’s new products sales and brand presence in the market.
Identify new business opportunities, channels, and partnerships (including distributors, retail, and e-commerce).
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
Set monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure execution.
Sales Generation & Distributor Management
Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and business clients.
Confirm sales orders, follow up on payments, and ensure proper delivery coordination.
Lead B2B and B2C selling efforts via digital and offline platforms.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
Direct and develop online content.
Oversee the management of all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Plan and approve engaging content that aligns with brand and sales goals.
Supervise basic graphic/video content creation using tools like Adobe cloud software, Canva or CapCut.
Run paid promotions and track digital campaign performance.
New Project Execution
Initiate and manage small business projects or campaigns to test new sales ideas or product opportunities.
Collaborate with designers, content creators, and suppliers when needed.
Provide regular performance reports and improvement plans to management.
