Achieve targets as per Annual Business plan for the respective territory
Ensure Market coverage across geographies & industrial segments to analyses key market trends
Monitor lead generation to ensure sufficient enquiry pipeline for achieving sales target
Understanding the customer needs & identifying opportunities at existing plants for upgrades & improvements.
Understanding client requirement and sharing information with relevant stakeholders to device best and customized solution, tender/ inquiry evaluation.
Attending sales meetings & negotiations with customers.
Track & report sales and marketing activities on periodic basis.
Analysis of Orders won and lost and implement learnings and follow best practices.
Engage in techno - commercial discussions with clients, consultants, EPC contractors for business development in respective regions.
Tracking Competition strategy and device counter for same. • Actively work on building the brand and image of Thermax
Build and maintain a detailed, active customer database.
Build and manage relationships with large corporate and business houses.
Coordination with Peers from other divisions/regions and maximize cross sale opportunities.
Business development through new applications/FOAK products. • Attend service call & troubleshooting.
