Responsibilities & Context

Pick up and deliver food/products/packages to customers on time.
Ensure the correct order is delivered to the correct address.
Collect payments (cash or digital) if required.
Maintain delivery logs and records accurately.
Handle products with care and maintain company image during delivery.
Coordinate with store/dispatch team for order preparation and delivery.
Maintain cleanliness and regular servicing of the assigned bike.
Comply with traffic laws and safety regulations.
