  • Minimum 05 years of experience in leadership role in any top-rated Security Service provider company.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Top rated Security Service Provider Company or in any renowned group of company/industries in Bangladesh.
  • Excellent oral, written communication skill in Bangla and English language and time management skills.
  • Work well in team-oriented environment and have good people skill.
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Good team leader, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
  • Have good judgment and an empathy-led mindset.

Responsibilities & Context

The Christian Cooperative Credit Union Limited, Dhaka is looking for a dedicated and experienced “Manager” for our Security Service Project to ensure the safety and security of employees, visitors and all other related stakeholders. This position will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s security operations, managing security personnel, and implementing effective safety protocols to maintain a secure environment.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overseeing and ensuring the entire Safety and Security aspects of Head office, Service Centers & Projects.
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive safety policies & procedures and emergency response plans that comply with local laws and industry regulations and coordinating and communicating policies and plan with factory heads of all related departments.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards and risks and develop corrective and preventive action plan as well as strategies to mitigate those risks.
  • Support in designing and implementing safety awareness training programs like- Hazard Recognition, Safe Work Practices, Use of PPE, Emergency Response Procedure etc. for employees at all levels of organization.
  • Liaise with different government agencies and maintain strong relationships with local police, NSI, DB, RAB, DESA, DESCO, WASA, City Corporation, Fire Service, Hospitals etc. in respect of security & safety.
  • Collaborating with managers, other department responsible and work closely with stakeholders like Human Resource, Operations & Legal Department to ensure safety into all aspects of the organization.
  • Monitor and supervise operational activities of security personal deployed in different companies throughout the working areas and Adjust posting of the field force employees as per requirement.
  • Initiate and solve day to day operational issues and perform regular post visit as per plan and urgency.
  • Establish and maintain general discipline within the office premises.
  • Conduct investigation for any incident or accident.
  • Ensuring discipline within the company, motivate, counsel and handle grievance of field forces, identify training needs & conduct training accordingly and ensure annual performance evaluation of the team.
  • Coordinate with the clients of concerned post and collect feedback report and promote excellent customer care through liaison and regular consultation.
  • Find out potential clients and increase posts.
  • Manage relationships with vendors to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Generate innovative ideas to improve security system to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Take part in Crisis Management and ensure close Protection to the VIPs of the Group.
  • Provide early warning about any risk factors of the industries by using intelligence.
  • Keep Group Management informed regarding the latest security related matters and advice as demand necessary.
  • To attend the important guests and ensure their protocol.
  • Oversee monitoring through CCTVs and stay updated on the latest physical security technologies.
  • Establish a local intelligence network to gather timely information on potential security issues.
  • Identify and respond to potential security risks appropriately.
  • Maintain and streamline all security-related reports and documents for prompt access when required.
  • Liaise with landlords and caretakers to ensure the maintenance of office buildings, providing a conducive working environment.
  • Plan and manage budgeting and cost control for security operations as required by management.
