B.Arch. must be accredited by the Institute of Architects Bangladesh (IAB).
Certification from IAB and RAJUK enlistment is preferred.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
Excellent design aesthetics, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Understanding of sustainability and smart design principles.
Produce detailed architectural drawings, 3D visuals, and construction documents using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar software.
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design intent and quality standards are implemented during construction.
Provide technical support during bidding, budgeting, and client meetings.
Develop comprehensive architectural designs, including preliminary sketches, detailed drawings, and specifications.
Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders. Collaborate with engineers, interior designers, structural, electrical, plumbing and other professionals during the project lifecycle.
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and local building codes. Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and schedules.
Stay current with design trends and advancements in architectural technology.
Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Ensure all architectural designs adhere to zoning laws, building codes, and other regulatory requirements.
