Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor/Honors, Higher Secondary
Experience
  • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Telecommunication, Call Center, E-commerce
Additional Requirements
  • Age 20 to 30 years
  • Proven experience in inbound/outbound Telesales or a similar sales role is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in Bangla.

  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

  • Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service.

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Office Word/Excel.


Responsibilities & Context

In this role, you will be assigned with the following responsibilities -

  • Make inbound & outbound calls to prospective clients to sell products as directed.

  • Order confirmation by phone/IP Call from our customer's orders on the website.

  • Reply WhatsApp Massage And queries.

  • Manage Microsoft Word/excel Report.

  • Fluent speech capability with confidence & Perfect pronunciation in Bangla.

  • Provide clients with accurate and detailed product information.

  • Regularly follow up with existing and potential customer using the website.

  • Be target-oriented and capable of meeting assigned responsibilities to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly task targets.

  • Meet both personal and team qualitative and quantitative goals.
