Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or Relevant.
Maintain employee personal files and HR database.
Assist in recruitment and selection processes (job posting, CV screening, interview coordination).
Handle daily administrative operations, including attendance, leave records, and office maintenance.
Support in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Coordinate training, employee engagement activities, and performance management support.
Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies and station-related materials.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and regulatory bodies as needed.
Ensure smooth office operations and provide necessary support to departmental heads.
Salary: 20,000-30,000 (Negotiable).
