Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Maintain a consistent schedule of regular customer visits and stay in continuous contact to identify and seize all potential sales opportunities.
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, provide technical consultations, conduct product demos, and prepare sales proposals.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
