Age 30 to 38 yearsThe candidate should have extensive experience working with Higgs, ISO, SCAN, SBTI, Nirapon, RSC, SLCP, WRAP, BSCI, Traceability, GTW, CFW, GOTS, OEKO-TEX, GRS, RCS, OCS, Better Works, and other relevant industry standards.
The candidate should have strong capability in mailing correspondence, writing CAP’s, memos, dealing with the buyers and Auditors.
Have to prepare and update the assessment of Labor law requirements from a Compliance point of view.
Should have the capacity to face various audit inspections and monitor all health, safety & environmental issues in the factory premises.
Have to perform internal compliance safety/Technical audits at factories in conjunction with Buyers' Compliance guidelines.
Have to be capable of handling Disciplinary & Grievance issues, will address employee relation issues, especially grievances and disciplinary procedures as per law.
Ability to organize training/awareness regularly.Have to maintain and revise policies and procedures for the Compliance Program, Housekeeping and 6s Management and run the day-to-day operations.
Should be capable of maintaining a 100% compliant factory.
Should be capable of training personnel on Fire Fighting, Safety, Chemical training and the use of Personal Protective Equipment on health & safety issues.
Ensure social aspects-working conditions, labor standards & human rights.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
Monitor & ensure strict compliance of all HR and Admin related policies and procedures.
Require factory recruitment experience for 5+ years, if EPZ experience will be plus point.Expert in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Also with Bangla typing skill·
Oversee HR systems, ERP particularly HRIS, related experience is preferable.
Maintain all legal license and valid documents as per factory rule.
Ensure all policies are complied with Labor Laws and Company Rules & Regulations.
Ensure our factory employees comply with the necessary health, hygiene & Environmental safety regulations and practices.
Look after Industrial and Employee Relation affairs, including staff discipline, grievances and other related activities.
Promote and ensure adherence to environmental regulations, waste management, and sustainable initiative.
Responsibilities & Context
The ideal candidate must have proven working experience in handling the Compliance, Social Compliance functions of any reputed Garments Company.
Maintaining the personal file related documents.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Manage daily Compliance and HR operations.
Manage disciplinary process as per labor law, grievance procedure and resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
