Job Responsibilities:
Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chats.
Resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns with patience and empathy.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and actions taken.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Sales, Technical, Operations) to address customer needs effectively.
Suggest process improvements and service enhancements to ensure customer satisfaction.
Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and maintain high performance in response time and resolution rate.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with management to enhance service delivery.
Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services where appropriate.
