Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chats.

  • Resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns with patience and empathy.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and actions taken.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Sales, Technical, Operations) to address customer needs effectively.

  • Suggest process improvements and service enhancements to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and maintain high performance in response time and resolution rate.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.

  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with management to enhance service delivery.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services where appropriate.
