Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor/Honors, Masters in any discipline
Experience
  • At least 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Garments, Textile, Tannery/Footwear
Additional Requirements
  • Age 30 to 40 years

Responsibilities & Context

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, and exit processes.
  • Maintain and update all employee records including attendance, leave, disciplinary actions, and personal files.
  • Implement and monitor a KPI-based performance management system.
  • Handle employee grievances and conflicts professionally and confidentially.
  • Ensure full compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, Factory Act, Fire Safety Rules, and other legal regulations.
  • Oversee factory-level administrative functions including transport, security, housekeeping, and canteen services.
  • Monitor facility operations including ETP/WTP, utility usage, and cleanliness standards.
  • Manage administrative budgets and ensure proper usage of company assets and resources.
  • Ensure full compliance with the buyer's Code of Conduct (COC) and ethical sourcing standards.
  • Lead and face all types of audits including Social compliance audits (BSCI, SEDEX, SLCP, Higg), Technical audits, Fire safety and electrical audits, Chemical safety audits
  • Coordinate and respond to RSC / Nirapon inspections for building, fire, and electrical safety compliance.
  • Handle SCAN/CTPAT audits related to supply chain security and global trade partnership standards.
  • Conduct regular training and awareness programs on Chemical safety and MSDS, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage, Emergency evacuation drills, Anti-harassment and workplace ethics
  • Maintain all compliance documentation including licenses, audit reports, registers, permits, and certification records.
  • Lead Corrective Action Plan (CAP) development, implementation, and reporting post-audit.
  • Liaise with buyers, auditors, and government authorities during visits and inspections.
  • Promote a culture of safety, transparency, and accountability throughout the organization.
  • Report to senior management regularly with updates on compliance status, risks, and improvement plans.
