1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (FMCG experience preferred)
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (data handling, charts, analysis) and PowerPoint
Working knowledge of web store platforms
Proficiency in digital advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO)
Strong interpersonal skills with strengths in communication, creative thinking, and analytical thinking
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, etc.
Understanding of influencer marketing in the Bangladeshi market
Basic Bangla typing and content adaptation for local audience

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across all platforms
Maintain and update the company’s web store, including product uploads, pricing, inventory status, and banners
Plan, run, and manage social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to boost brand awareness and drive sales
Prepare performance reports and dashboards in Excel; present key insights using PowerPoint
Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to align marketing with business goals
Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics (SEO, Google Ads, social media analytics)
Manage product listings and promotional activities on e-commerce platforms such as Daraz, Chaldal, etc.
Support email marketing, influencer collaborations, and content planning
