Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking intelligent, energetic, and communication-focused individuals who are passionate about fostering strong client relationships. As a CRO, you will play a key role in connecting with our prospects and existing clients to ensure satisfaction, trust, and business growth.

  • Respond to client queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.

  • Follow up with leads, maintain communication logs, and ensure timely responses.

  • Build strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.

  • Coordinate with the marketing, sales, and creative teams to fulfill client needs.

  • Handle basic complaints and escalate complex issues to higher management.

  • Ensure top-quality customer service and a professional brand image.
