Application Guidance: Provide clear and accurate guidance to clients on the specific visa type applicable to their travel, the step-by-step application process, and timelines.
Documentation Assistance: Assist clients in gathering, organizing, and reviewing all necessary supporting documents (e.g., passports, photos, financial statements, invitation letters, travel itineraries) to ensure they meet embassy/consulate requirements.
Form Completion: Help clients accurately complete complex visa application forms, ensuring all information is correct and consistent.
Embassy/Consulate Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact between clients and relevant embassies, consulates, or visa application centers (VACs), including submitting applications, attending appointments (if required), and following up on application status.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the application process, such as incomplete documentation, rejections, or delays.
Client Communication: Maintain regular and clear communication with clients, providing updates on their application status, explaining any challenges, and answering their queries promptly.
Fee Management: Inform clients about visa fees, service charges, and any other associated costs, and ensure timely payment collection.
