The candidate has to perform following responsibilities:
Plan Coordinate and monitor activities of assigned projects to develop and implement procedures and process also prepare and develop project design
Coordination with SCM team for material planning and any project with the support from supervisor
Identify the scope of improvement opportunity & design the Project to mitigate the issues & improve the factory performance also Implement IE Tools & Techniques (Lean, Kaizen, Poka Yoke etc.)
Develop, maintain & execute a robust Quality Management System (QMS) in factory
Designing production processes that maximize efficiency and reduce waste in the production line.
Ensuring maximum productivity through proper utilizations of machines, materials and manpower.
Making operations breakdown and layout also monitoring bottlenecks and maintain line balancing
Responsible for operation breakdown of food manufacturing, process flow chart design, SMV setting, production layout design & set up.
