Education
  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
Experience
  • 1 to 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup
Additional Requirements
  • Age 23 to 28 years
  • Previous experience in telesales or a related field.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking talented A Grade Pharmacists to join our dynamic Customer Care Department.

  • Provide customer support via phone calls and respond to queries across all social media platforms.
  • Understand customer issues and deliver effective, timely resolutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional communication and consistent follow-ups.\
  • Offer accurate information about Arogga’s products and services to potential and existing customers.
  • Read and interpret a doctor’s handwriting to understand prescriptions accurately.
  • Possess a solid understanding of the generics and brand names of medicines.
  • Demonstrate teamwork skills and contribute to a positive, collaborative environment.
