Requirements

Education
  • Masters
  • Master's in any discipline from reputed university with no third division in academic records.

Experience
  • At least 2 years
Additional Requirements
  • Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 (Two) years of working experience (Contractual/full time) in Agent Banking.

  • Knowledge, Competencies and Skills:

  • Sound knowledge of Agent Banking System

  • Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.

  • Good communication skill in Bangla and English.


Responsibilities & Context

Job Grade: Associate Officer to Junior Officer

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Arrange Agent expansion network;

  • Work with supervisor regarding Agent interview & selection, securing approval from Board and Bangladesh Bank, agreement signing and onboarding etc.

  • Provide support to Back Office Operations.

  • Maintain all necessary MIS.

  • Any other assignment required for Agent Banking Operation.
